Behind snowcontrol stands an inventor from Bavaria.
Since 2013, Reiner Reisch has been developing smart sensors for roof areas in Munich. What started as an iENA-awarded snow gauge is today a complete product family for the digital monitoring of buildings - from single-family homes to industrial halls.

envitron systems GmbH develops and distributes systems for measuring and monitoring the roof load on flat roofs. The permissible roof load can quickly be exceeded - by snow, standing water or melt water, for example.
Back in 2013, inventor Reiner Reisch developed the first stand-alone snow gauge. That same year his innovative system was awarded the iENA Gold Medal for the best product innovation of the year.
The new Smart Roof snow-load measuring system for monitoring the largest roof areas is another outstanding development - nominated by Bayern Innovativ for the Innovation LEBEN Award and recently awarded as "Best Snow Load Measurement System - Europe" with the German Business Award 2021.

Development, production and service all come from Munich. Long routes to suppliers are ruled out, short routes to the customer are by design - personally reachable, quickly on site when needed.
